Recess Week?

I looked forward to it...
Now tat its here I dont reli feel anything...
It has been a busy busy week...
I missed out on alot I suppose...
Gotta catch up on tutorials man; I'm seriously lagging!
N knowing tat there are 3 tests + 1 presentation next week doesnt help much :(

One consolation though: I'm going for the Laos Trip!! :D

Super tired on Sunday... Went to see Thomas Tay's grandpa at SGH, then after tat went PS walk walk b4 visiting SMU :) Beer-battered fish rocks! :D Thanks Thomas for ur company while I was slping, haha!


Headed down to Bugis for yet another round of celebrations in the evening! I'll try to minimize the number of pics :)











It has been a great 22nd! :))) I cannot begin to imagine how to thank all those who were involved in one way or another!

Whoohoo had so much fun today! Lunched with my cell at 新旺 Cafe, then went ard to hunt for vday gifts, lolx... I'm so touched by the personalised card and flower tat Amos and Sumo gave me!! :D Thanks man LOVE U GUYS!!! :)



Dinner was even more fun la!! Ate at Aston's with Si Hui, Si Hao, Jasmine, Weilin and Han Xin! I'm super proud of my idea to go to a coffee shop cos I assumed tat all the posh restuarants would be fully booked, haha! Driving them back after tat was the ultimate fun part la! Didnt noe can 自high in the car until liddat sia! :))) Thanks for being a part of my 22nd Bday celebration!!!

Surprises :D

I boarded the shuttle bus at 8.20am, praying hard tat I'll make it in time for my Math lecture... My hp vibrated - there was one new message from Weilin... Apparently he wanted me to help him with something during the lecture... I didnt think much of it and told him I was on the way there le...

When I realised what it was he wanted to me help him with, I was shocked for awhile but then I thought it would be quite fun as well, so I courageously accepted the offer :D Anyway after tat I couldnt concentrate on the lecture and I was waiting anxiously for the break halfway... Time seemed to stand still and I waited for like eternity b4 the Prof finally gave his break... Oh well, its SHOWTIME!! :)))

I mustered what little enthusiasm I had and headed down to the front of the LT together with Eugene, who was supposed to be my assistant... Made my announcement abt the CIP Trip to Loas and braced myself for the "big event"...

"Can Ms. Cheryl Lim please come to the front?" I dunno if my voice was shaking when I said tat... For a moment she looked stunned and reinforced my request =/ At the same time I started to play my Canon in D song thru the mike... As she approached me with her back facing the LT door, Weilin made his entrance with a bouquet in his hands... I tapped a confused Cheryl and asked her to turn around... What happened next is completely up to your imagination and creativity :)))

First time in my life doing something like this for a fren la, when I thought abt it after tat it actually seemed quite cool la, after u minus away the shock and everything... Need to polish up on my public speaking though, I was like stuttering while making my announcement, lolx :D
But it was indeed a pleasant surprise for both me and Cheryl I guess, hahaz... And btw, thanks to Eugene, Kelvin, Dong Yang and Weilin for the bday gift :)


The 2nd surprise of the day was somewhat more subtle... I chionged down to Ehub after sch in anticipation of my "bday celebration" Many thanks to Kaiqi, Han En, Li Yun, Ben and Chengxin for spending time with me! We went bowling, Arcade, was treated to New York plus a Tiramisu cake! Had to do some forfeits too but still it was fun! Thanks to Serene too who was waiting to wish me Happy Birthday while I was writing this! :) Thanks guys, love u all! HAHA :P
