SURVIVOR II - The Ultimate Quest For Survival

The following is my perspective on SURVIVOR II, which is actually quite narrow considering tat I'm onli one of the station masters for "The Lock"... For many many more pics and videos, pls check out the Agapian Website soon here... In any way, I thank the committee for giving me the chance to help out, my cluster IC Shuqi and of cos my last-min-partner Thomas for helping me with many of the stuff tat I could not possibly hav done alone :) Thanks Xiao Yuan for buying the drinks for us, Kia Heng for his detailed games and always checking if we're doing ok, Yi Xin for the mosquito coil, Ying Dan for helping to explain the game when we were "short-staffed", Yiqi for always being there at the right moments, Wei Ting for the after-lunch chat plus Doritos snacking, lolx... N many many more ppl to thank but I'm too tired to list out everyone! :D

All the excitement began the night b4, where Ben came over to my place to stay! Acty is more of to do stuff, lolx... Helped with abit of logistics stuff while getting to drive ard :) Slept at 2, woke up at ard 6, reached b4 7... Many ppl there already helping out in their respective roles...



Getting ready to shift ourselves, plus LOTS of equipment over...



It is definitely NOT easy being in the Logistics team; u get tired even b4 the game starts, lolx...


Those who are not in Log team... Well they can still pose properly I suppose :D

The fun never ends :)

Went k today with Kaiqi, Calvin, Ben & Han En... Gd way to destress, lolx... Sang our lungs out but it was fun! :D The pics are from Kaiqi... Thanks! :)




Time passed surprisingly fast and it was all over b4 we knew it... Went down to Expo with Kaiqi after tat to collect his Standard Chartered Run stuff... Queued for 45 mins... Guess wad? We became Nebo members at E-Hub! :D Bowling for $2.50 at ALL times, plus $6 weekday movie tickets and $8 weekend movie tickets :))) Tried the BBQ Chicken outlet for dinner and it was quite nice; I would recommend it again :D

Btw today is my blog's one-year anniversary!!!

Massive Area Cleaning

Today dunno y got 感动 to clean up my rm, lolx... Woke up at 10 plus then cleaned all the way till almost 1... I swept every corner, shifted my bed ard, boxes of stuff ard, cleared my table to wipe away all the dust and the ultimate thing was I dismantled my fan cover and took it to the toilet for water treatment!! Super dirty la! Now at least my rm looks much, much neater and I've freed up lots of space too... If Ben comes over to stay on Fri nite, it'll be quite happening, haha :D

Super hungry after tat... Ate lunch at Tamp then went bugis to meet Jeanette to buy Ben's present... First time I finished buying present so fast; spent less than 30 mins b4 deciding on a Wallet Shop gift... After tat I went back to Vivo for the PageOne books! I know it seemed crazy but ya couldnt get Sophie's World out of my mind, so went back and bought it, plus a Warren Buffet book for Wei Lin... Hope he likes it and tat it comes in handy somehow :)

Joined Liyun and Xin Hui at ps for awhile cos I thought Liyun wanted to treat me dessert, haha... In the end 3 person order one bowl of dessert onli, lolx... Anyway they got a gd deal at Ripples n bought slippers for 10 bucks each! Satisfied Liyun's Ice Monster craving b4 we went our separate ways... I was supposed to reach home at 6pm but found out tat my cousin will onli arrive at 6.30, tat's y I'm here typing all these :) Going for CAAS Walk N Jog later, or rather running 2.4, then shall enjoy the buffet-style dinner... Last errand: going down to Agape to get the invitation cards from Cleo... I promised to help her cut, lolx...

Had a great time catching up with Szeto today at Vivo... Discovered this huge ship juz outside Vivo which sells lots of Christian stuff... After lunch at Sushi Teh we went inside to look around and I bought a book for 300 units (100 units = SGD$4) Then we went back to Vivo and browsed another book fair, namely PageOne who had their anniversary celebration and there were lots of books on discount... I tried v hard b4 stopping myself from buying more books, lolx... Seriously considering Sophie's World though; seems like my reading hobby is coming back :D

We watched Cape No. 7 after tat... A blockbuster hit in Taiwan, and I muz say it was reli good... Been ages since I watched something as nice!! There was a gd mix of humour as well as some touching scenes... Many parts were oso v meaningful... To everyone reading this, it is a must-watch! I repeat, pls go and watch it!! :)

Gosh I need to register next sem's courses next Tuesday but I still cant decide on one more module =/ Should I take "Principles of Risk & Insurance", "Introduction to Public Administration" or "Issues In Crime & Punishment"? Someone help me decide, lolx...

One month left...

Its December!! N this week is packed with activities!
"Downgraded" my blogskin and made it much simpler...
Abit regretful but dont reli care already, haha :)
NUS ppl finishing their exams soon! Jiayous!!
I'm waiting to go out with u guys! :D

Had survivor meeting ytd and I'm in charge of the "Lock" station...
Seems quite fun and I cant wait!
Hopefully I get to take the car out on Sat :)
