Back to school!

Almost couldnt wake up today.
Meeting Eugene at 730am at Bedok was hard.
It was a long time ever since I had to squeeze into the MRT again during the morning rush hour.
Even at Tampines, u better chiong in if u want to get in at all.
It's tat bad!
We passed the 5 million mark last year but the train's still the same size so I guess this is inevitable.

Missed my vegetarian bee hon =)
Ordered my standard set.
Thankfully its still $2.20
Plus my 30 cents drink it was a nice figure of $2.50 for a complete breakfast set :D


Add/Drop for Eugene was smooth.
One click, one try, and I got the 3 modules! :P
After tat went for my first lecture of the semester.
Game Theory.
Seemed quite interesting.
Learnt abt extensive forms and strategies.
Basic terminology but important I think =)
And the lectuer is KOREAN!!! :D
HAHAHA!!!
Saw Edward in lect and got him to come over during the break.
Had lunch tgt after tat (Can A is super duper crowded at 1230pm!!!)


Biz Finance lecture was interesting.
Love Singaporean lecturers.
No problem with accent there =)
He went quite fast and there was no break but we ended early which is good for me =)


Except for the one hour tutorial on Tues I'm perfectly satisfied with my timetable.
Although I keep wishing I can slot that Tues tut somewhere else to get a 4-day week, I think I shd eventually gif up haha :P
Good start I would say, and no sch for me tml! :D

Eagles Ride The Storms Of Life

What a comforting thought!
That in the bible God describes His children as eagles.
Flying up high and mighty in the sky, eagles have very sharp vision.
Storms dont daunt them; they are lifted up instead!
And they renew their youth literally!!
Which means as children of God, we grow younger and younger! :D

Today has been so wonderful!
I was waiting for the elective results to be out at 2pm, although there was already some cheat-code way to check haha :P
True enough, I got my biz module, even though I onli put down one single elective on the waiting list =)
It was juz like last sem!!
Although everyone says that u need to put at least 3 mods down, but I wasnt reli interested in taking other mods this sem and those that I would consider clashes with my timetable.
Thus, I juz told God that I will juz put down one mod and He shall come thru again like last sem!
Praise the Lord, it happened again!!
Put down one mod and get that one mod :D
All by His grace!


So initially I thought that I would juz have to try and add one of my core mods that I had to retake cos I didnt clear it last sem =/
However, onli 1 out of the 3 slots fitted my timetable, but there was no more vacancy for that slot.
I suddenly remembered an email sent out regarding registration of Econs modules and went to read it again.
An idea struck me and I sent out an email to the person-in-charge.
Guess wad?
Within 2 hours she replied me and told me that she had registered the course for me, that particular slot that I wanted was given to me!! :D
And because of that, for the 3rd consecutive sem, I dont have to do ANYTHING at all during the upcoming Add/Drop period!!!
God is soooo good! =)

There was ample time to go about my schedule.
Went to get my haircut for CNY, then after that went to meet Jieyi for lunch.

We were so engrossed until Shuqi had to call me to check if we were heading over soon haha :D
Thereafter I went to Taka for my own mini tour and realised tat there's Art.Friends somewhere near the top level!! =)
Explored Kinokuniya quite abit too; love the freedom to juz walk ard without having to be conscious of the time =)
Tar powed dinner at Tamp 1: Tang Bao & British Takeaway!!!
Gosh the Beer Battered Fish is heavenly!

When I reached home Yusheng was on fb and toked to me for awhile.
Then he wanted to go play some fb game and said he'll call me after tat.
Super cute la he, onli 10 years old then call me from his hse =)
We toked abt random stuff but mostly is abt the games he play, both online and offline lolx.
Half the time I dunno wad he's toking abt (as in some game details) but it's fun anyway haha :P
Children are fun to tok to cos they are juz so innocent and direct =)

3 more days to enjoy the last bit of my hols; I shall treasure it! =)

A fresh outlook

Happy 2011 guys! =)
I know its like already almost end of Jan but still wanted to wish u all Happy New Year!!
Juz changed the blogskin and its not really the ideal one that I have in mind but I'm contented =)

Anyway, 2011 is the year of His crowned goodness and there have already been so many great testimonies! I began the first day of 2011 with a blast; busying myself with Simon's wedding for the whole day. Looking back it was reli awesome, the preparations and all! We had great fun b4 and after the wedding =) I got to know quite a few ppl too, and now I've got more international friends! :P

Oh well its back to sch next week!
Somehow its always mixed feelings haha! =)
1st week of sch: lectured onli
2nd week of sch: CNY -_-
they shd juz start sch after CNY hahaha :D

Cant believe its already December.
2010 is fading away fast.
It has been a rewarding yr no doubt, with so many things happening.
First I joined Rock Kidz in May, then went for my first HM camp followed by Korea for exchange!
That 2 months plus period was reli awesome!!!
Still miss the carefree days in Pusan :P

As usual, sch started after tat and time accelerated after recess week (what's new?)
Before I know it, I'm now left with 11 days to my first paper =/
This time round, I feel somehow more slack in my preparations.
Apparently an extra week sortof popped up b4 the exams, maybe tat's y I'm still taking it easy :)
Oh well I juz wan it to quickly start, cos when it does it will end fast!
And then there's a few days of celebrating b4 I head to Myanmar for Simon's wedding!!!
Awesomeness :D
