How cool is it when Chapter One Paragraph One of ur Econs textbk has your name in it? Mine has :)

"The year is 1030 BC. For decades, the Israelite tribes have been living without a central government. The Bible records that the people have asked the prophet Samuel to 'make us a king to judge us like all the nations' [1 Samuel 8:5]. Samuel tries to discourage the Israelites by describing what life will be like under a monarchy:
  • This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you; he will take your sons . . .
    . . . And Ye shall cry out in that day because of your king whom ye shall have chosen [1 Samuel 8:11-18].
Ok I admit; I'm juz bored, that's y I wrote wad I wrote above, lolx :D

Been sick for the past few days and I'm not fully well yet :( Stayed home whole of Sat to "recuperate", when in fact I juz slept and ate and slept and ate (you get the point). Most boring Saturday ever, haha...

Thank God for Sundays, seriously :D
The warmth in church melted my heart :)
Edmund came, and I was glad I managed to get a seat beside him!
Had lunch together after tat and I sent him to the bus stop...
Did I make a good first impression? Onli God knows :)
After tat was shopping time!!
I guess I was desperate...
I needed a pair of shoes...
Raided Bugis Street but to no avail...
Still, I must thank Han En, Li Yun and Felly for pei-ing me :)
In the end, I bought...
1 shirt at Bugis Street and 1 pair of shoes at Peninsula! (extra thanks to Felly)
